The Renault name, the Renault logo, and all associated slogans are registered trademarks of Renault unless indicated otherwise. Any reproduction, imitation or use of these trademarks without prior written agreement from Renault may be considered an infringement of these trademarks.

All educational content, drawings, photographs, images, texts, videos, animated sequences with or without sound and any other documents on the Site are subject to industrial and/or intellectual property rights and are, depending on the case, the property of Renault or of third parties who have given Renault limited permission to use them.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and/or transformation, in part or in full, or transfer to another site is forbidden.

Copying these materials covered by rights for private use is permitted.

In part or in full, their reproduction without prior written agreement from Renault is strictly forbidden, except for the educational material available in document format and readily available for download.

The information contained on this Site is not contractually binding for Renault.

Copyright and/or design rights to drawings and models

Renault is the author of this Site within the meaning of Articles L. 111.1 and the following of the French Intellectual Property Code. The Site was designed and developed by a company called “North”.

Paper or electronic reproductions of this Site and the works and vehicle models reproduced are permitted, provided that they are solely for personal use. Except for the above provisions, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the Site, of all or part of the various works and vehicle models that make it up, without having obtained the prior authorisation of Renault, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine of €300,000.

Trademark rights

The Renault name, the diamond logo, product and service names, the slogans, and other logos accompanying these trademarks are registered Renault SA or other Groupe Renault companies’ trademarks unless indicated otherwise.

Any reproduction, imitation, use or affixing of these trademarks without Renault’s or the trademark holder’s prior authorisation is strictly forbidden by law and punishable by up to four years imprisonment and a fine of up to €400,000.

Depending on the provisions of the CAU, the user must not copy, modify, or reproduce, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, the information and elements appearing on the Site, nor intervene in the Site, nor act in a way that contravenes the intellectual property rights of Renault and of third parties having authorised Renault to use them. The use of Renault’s intellectual property right or that of a third party having authorised Renault to use it, not expressly authorised by the CAU, is strictly forbidden.
